Senior Project Manager

About the role

NCS, a leading AI Tech Services company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive complex client projects across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and emerging technology domains. The role requires end‑to‑end coordination to deliver projects on time, within budget and scope while embedding security best practices and AI‑driven methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale technology projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, risk registers, governance frameworks and change‑management strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage daily execution activities including deployment, migration, testing, integration and implementation.
• Control project scope and enforce robust change‑control mechanisms to protect critical paths.
• Oversee project financials (P&L), forecasting, budget compliance and resource allocation across internal teams, vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate procurement and integration of hardware, software and testing resources across business, technical and management domains.
• Escalate issues such as overruns, scope creep, integration challenges and resource constraints to project directors and steering committees.
• Ensure all project documentation complies with customer requirements, quality standards and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure, security and technology transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams and drive customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Strong track record in resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and delivery quality.
• Experience with financial management of projects, including P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing engagement materials, presenting scope and value propositions, and facilitating governance processes.
