Senior Project Manager

About the role

NCS, a leading AI Tech Services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client projects across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and emerging technology domains. The role involves end‑to‑end coordination, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and scope while embedding security best practices and AI‑driven methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of large‑scale technology projects, from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, risk registers, governance frameworks and change‑management strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee daily execution activities such as deployment, migration, testing, integration and implementation.
• Control project scope with robust change‑control mechanisms and manage dependencies and critical paths.
• Monitor project financials, including P&L, forecasting, budget compliance and resource allocation across internal teams, vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate procurement and integration of hardware, software and testing resources across business, technical and management domains.
• Escalate issues like overruns, scope creep or resource constraints to project directors and steering committees.
• Ensure all documentation meets customer requirements, quality standards and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex IT, security or technology transformation projects.
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to articulate project value and governance processes.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive collaboration across technical and business units.
