Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master (VP Level)

About the role

OCBC is seeking a senior‑level Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile transformation initiatives within its Wealth Management and digital client‑app domains. The role reports at VP level and combines strategic project oversight with hands‑on Scrum facilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Coach development teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Identify and remove impediments, resolve conflicts and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Analyse team processes, recommend enhancements and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners, including vendors.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as an IT Scrum Master or IT Project Manager.
• Proven ability to work with both Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in Wealth Management or digital transformation of client‑facing web/mobile applications.
• Strong project financial and vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
