Senior QA Executive – Materials (Pharma)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Executive to lead quality‑assurance activities for materials at our Singapore manufacturing site. You will maintain and enhance the Quality Management System, support manufacturing, training, documentation and batch release, and work closely with cross‑functional and global teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure cGMP compliance in incoming material management, warehouse operations and related QC testing.
• Perform QA oversight including GMP record review, housekeeping checks, process confirmation and SOP verification.
• Provide QA input for deviations, laboratory investigations, CAPA implementation and change controls.
• Manage material and supplier qualification in line with cGMP requirements.
• Review and release incoming materials and sterile buffers, and approve LSOPs, checklists, documentation, deviations, CAPAs and change controls.
• Support site complaint investigations, periodic quality reviews, self‑inspections, risk assessments and regulatory inspections.
• Mentor and coach junior QA staff to develop strong decision‑making skills.

Required profile

• University degree in Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in life‑sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 2 years of supplier management experience.
• Practical knowledge of cGMP and Good Documentation Practice.
• Hands‑on experience with deviations, CAPA, change control and batch review processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
