Senior QC Analyst – Quality Control Laboratory

About the role

The Senior QC Analyst joins Pfizer's Quality Control Services team to ensure seamless laboratory operations. Reporting to the QC Supervisor, the role focuses on inventory management, compliance documentation, and maintaining a safe, efficient testing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage laboratory inventory of chemicals, consumables, retention samples and reference standards using gLIMS and a kanban system.
• Perform campaign readiness checks, coordinate waste disposal, and oversee glassware washing according to SOPs.
• Author and maintain SOPs and other GMP documentation.
• Support 5S initiatives, uphold safety regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive flawless execution and update performance metrics.

Required profile

• Team‑player with strong planning, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, ALCOA principles and digital technology adoption.
• Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry or Molecular Biology (fresh graduates welcome) or a diploma with at least 2 years QC laboratory experience.

Required skills

• Experience with gLIMS.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
