Senior Quality Assistant

About the role

The Senior Quality Assistant will embed quality practices across BioReliance's biologics safety testing operations in Singapore. The position focuses on document control and archival to guarantee full compliance with GxP regulations and SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Site Lead User for the electronic document management system, linking the site with the global ManGo team and performing validation testing for upgrades.
• Serve as the designated archivist for GLP studies in line with OECD requirements.
• Manage the document control process, including template oversight and maintenance of document index databases.
• Lead training for new hires on the electronic document management system.
• Ensure timely and compliant document archival on‑site and coordinate off‑site archival.
• Support rapid retrieval of documents during client audits and regulatory inspections.
• Participate as Document Control Subject Matter Expert in projects and global meetings.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and act on unsafe situations.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a quality assurance or document control role.
• Strong motivation to work in a regulated, quality‑focused environment.
• Familiarity with biologics regulatory frameworks and GMP manufacturing.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ManGo electronic document management system.
• Experience using electronic document management platforms for document control and archival.
