Senior Quality Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to join our Singapore site, supporting our life‑science business that provides innovative tools and services to biotech and pharmaceutical companies. In this role you will lead quality and compliance activities, drive improvement projects and ensure alignment with global quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine quality operations such as data, supplier and client audits, and manage QMS records.
• Support and lead high‑priority quality projects with local and global impact.
• Identify, assess and mitigate quality risks to protect customer satisfaction and business continuity.
• Develop and implement future‑focused quality tools, systems and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project Management to embed a quality‑centric culture.
• Translate customer‑specific requirements into actionable quality plans and programs.

Required profile

• Seasoned quality professional with experience in regulated environments (GLP/GMP).
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and compliance requirements.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work across functions and geographies.
