Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our geotechnical solutions team. The role focuses on cost management, procurement and contract administration for coastal, marine and offshore infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost management throughout the project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting.
• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings and contractual conditions.
• Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, detailed cost breakdowns and procurement recommendations.
• Perform measurement and valuation of work done, including progress claims, variations and final account settlement with subcontractors.
• Prepare contractual correspondence, submit claim notices and manage interim payments and final accounts.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in marine, coastal or offshore construction projects.
• Proven track record in cost estimation, budgeting and contract administration for similar works.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage tight schedules and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
