Senior Radiographer / Radiographer

About the role

SingHealth is hiring a radiographer who will independently perform general and certain specialised radiographic examinations, including ultrasound and other diagnostic-quality imaging modalities, while prioritising patient care, clinical responsibility, radiation protection and effective use of technology. Depending on your interests and available roles, you can specialise in CT, MRI, Ultrasound or Mammography in inpatient and outpatient settings, or assist in procedures such as Coronary Angiography and PTCA.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general and specialised radiographic examinations of diagnostic quality
• Supervise student radiographers
• Lead Quality Improvement projects
• Coordinate with other staff and clinicians on radiographic issues
• Run quality control programmes and maintain imaging equipment and accessories

Required profile

• Recognised degree or diploma in Diagnostic Radiography
• Registered or eligible for AHPC registration
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Supervisory experience may be considered for the senior position; entry-level candidates are welcome as on-the-job training is provided
• At least 2-3 years in Interventional Radiography or RISPACS management gives an advantage for cardiac radiography
