Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the Business Development team at Balyasny Asset Management’s Singapore office. The role will support hiring across a wide range of business and corporate functions, including Risk, Operations, Technology, Data, Organizational Development, Legal, Compliance and more.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through direct search, referrals, vendors and recruiting platforms.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from intake to offer, including screening, interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Post job openings internally and externally, and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular feedback.
• Support campus recruitment activities, including event planning, orientation sessions and logistics.
• Assist with summer internship programs and overall candidate experience.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc recruiting projects for both lateral and campus hiring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in financial services or large corporate environments.
• At least 5 years of recruiting experience in Singapore, with knowledge of TAFEP/MOM fair‑hiring practices.
• Proven ability to source candidates and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for business and corporate functions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint (plus).
