Senior Recruiter

About the role

Cielo is looking for a Senior Recruiter based in Singapore, working a hybrid setup of three days per week. The role covers service excellence across the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and a subject-matter expert in talent acquisition who advises hiring leaders and mentors recruiters and other team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications, providing market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements, deliver strong candidate slates and build talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely progress updates.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Niche sector or industry knowledge.

Required skills

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common HR principles, practices and talent acquisition metrics.
