Senior Recruiter – Pharmaceuticals

About the role

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for critical pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical positions across Singapore and the broader APAC region. You will partner closely with senior hiring managers, delivering high‑quality talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior hiring managers as a strategic recruitment partner.
• Lead vacancy intake, define role requirements, sourcing strategies, timelines and provide market insights.
• Manage complex hiring processes, including multiple interview rounds, offer strategy and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams to maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with client, legal and AMS governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
• Strong recruitment background in Singapore with exposure to APAC hiring.
• Ability to handle high‑volume hiring across functions such as Shared Services, Manufacturing, Sales and Research.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with demanding hiring managers.
• Willingness to work onsite 2‑3 days per week.
