Senior Recruiter - University & Early Career

About the role

Western Digital's University (Early Career) Recruitment team is hiring a Senior Recruiter in Singapore to focus on hiring early career talent. You will partner with hiring managers and university partners to support the university recruitment experience and act as a brand ambassador for Western Digital.

Key responsibilities

• Run full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions, including building the talent pipeline, interviews and offers
• Develop strong university partnerships to build a pipeline of new college grads and interns for current and future needs
• Promote the Western Digital brand throughout the recruitment cycle
• Build trust with hiring partners and candidates and collaborate with teammates and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
• Travel during peak recruiting cycles and support recruitment programs that define a comprehensive university experience
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define the candidate experience and develop presentations and reports

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience; previous university or campus recruiting experience preferred
• Creative, self-motivated and self-learning, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work with engineering and support organisations
• Project management skills, able to manage projects with set milestones and timelines
• Able to work with minimal supervision
