Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore Renewables Team. You will drive full‑cycle recruitment, develop client relationships, and support the growth of our sustainability staffing business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Drive the 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and placing senior‑level candidates.
• Pitch recruitment solutions, negotiate contracts and fees with clients.
• Conduct market research to spot hiring trends and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of senior candidates through networking and headhunting.
• Manage the offer process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and clients.
• Mentor junior consultants to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience.
• Growth mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong business development and sales experience in recruitment.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, able to work independently and in a team.
