Senior Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Retail Design and Visual Merchandising, you will lead the creation and implementation of retail environments across a culturally diverse SAPMENA region. You will work with both international brand teams and local partners to translate brand vision into compelling store experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multi‑brand, multi‑market retail projects, ensuring consistent brand experience from drugstores to high‑end stores.
• Create, adapt and execute global brand guidelines across diverse retail channels.
• Design and animate visual merchandising concepts for product launches and catalog animations.
• Oversee technical and legal compliance during production and store‑fit construction.
• Collaborate with channel partners to share best practices on staging, counter roll‑outs, and local implementations.
• Manage project budgets and tight timelines, especially around major launches.

Required profile

• Strong background in spatial design and retail store roll‑out project management.
• Proven ability to translate creative brand vision into technical reality.
• Experience managing multiple moving parts across different cultures.
• Architectural execution skills for retail environments, including supervision of construction or renovations.
• Expertise in visual merchandising strategy and sustainable store design.
• Project planning capabilities to keep timelines and budgets on track.
• Experience designing integrated omnichannel touchpoints.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
