Senior Sales Exec

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth for our clinic network across Singapore. The role involves generating new client opportunities, managing corporate accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling and outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet individual revenue and sales targets.
• Deliver sales presentations and promote clinic services to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into long‑term clients and generate referrals within the healthcare and HNWI sectors.
• Develop strategic partnerships with insurers, corporations, healthcare professionals and other referral channels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and related sales documentation.
• Manage corporate accounts, act as the main point of contact and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports, pipeline updates and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Junior Executive level.
• Proven ability to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in healthcare.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 5,000 to SGD 7,000.
• Full‑time permanent position with regular office hours (Mon‑Fri 9 am‑6 pm, Sat 9 am‑1 pm).
