Senior Sales Manager

About the role

Fortune is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive the promotion and sale of its media products and solutions across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will lead integrated sales initiatives, expand the client base, and ensure revenue growth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Study and master all Fortune media products and services.
• Collaborate with sales management to create and deliver compelling sales presentations and integrated programs.
• Generate new business through leads, cold calls, and existing relationships.
• Design strategy and activation plans for media packages, including magazines, online, digital apps, and events.
• Increase market share and revenue for the brand across all platforms in the Asia‑Pacific territory.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies and client‑side stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales teams in Singapore, Thailand, Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Independent, motivated and able to collaborate effectively across regions.
• Digital fluency with proven experience selling across multiple platforms, especially events.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at all organizational levels, including C‑suite.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to close.
• Deep understanding of competitive landscapes and market trends.
• Proactive, innovative thinker and team player.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel as required.
