Senior Salesforce Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions that support our production systems. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality enhancements and ensure platform stability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and extend core Salesforce platforms such as Service Cloud using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Support and troubleshoot production‑grade Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements.
• Participate in data migration, integration projects, and third‑party system connections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience supporting production systems.
• Strong experience with Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce configuration.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and APIs.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification (preferred).
