Senior Security Manager – APAC

About the role

We are looking for a senior security leader to shape and execute the security strategy for our Singapore hub and the wider APAC region. Reporting to the Security Director (Vietnam & APAC), you will protect people, assets and business continuity while aligning with global security priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall security strategy, governance and operational excellence for Singapore and APAC offices.
• Act as senior security advisor to regional leadership, providing guidance on risk, crisis management, business continuity and executive protection.
• Oversee regional security operations, ensuring consistent standards, effective risk mitigation and high‑quality service delivery.
• Lead crisis and emergency preparedness, including planning, exercises, incident coordination and executive communications.
• Develop and implement security programs, policies, standards and roadmaps to raise resilience and compliance.
• Build strong partnerships with global security teams, external agencies, landlords, vendors and service providers.
• Champion a security‑first culture through leadership engagement, awareness programmes and strategic communication.
• Mentor and develop regional security staff, driving continuous improvement and digitalisation of security services.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in security management within a multinational environment.
• Deep understanding of risk assessment, crisis management, business continuity and executive protection.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing security teams.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
