Senior Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves supporting the project manager, overseeing site activities, and ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with on‑site and off‑site meetings addressing technical issues.
• Prepare and submit architectural samples, shop drawings, and related documents to consultants and authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress on site, conduct regular inspections, and attend project meetings.
• Ensure problem‑solving and progress align with the project schedule.
• Supervise site activities and collaborate effectively with subcontractors, RE and RTO teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Post‑Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in construction site engineering.
• Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
• Willingness to contribute proactively to project success.
