Senior Software Engineer – 5+ Years Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our technology team and support strategic projects across Singapore. You will work closely with solution architects, project managers and technical leads to design, develop, test and deploy system and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, project teams and customers to deliver project objectives.
• Design, develop, test and debug system software and infrastructure solutions.
• Identify technical risks and propose scalable, long‑term solutions.
• Create and manage reusable components to improve efficiency.
• Review code and architecture, driving best practices in design and development.
• Lead technical teams and provide mentorship.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software or system engineering.
• Strong full‑stack development fundamentals.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more core languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, C# or C++.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Express or FastAPI.
• Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines and Agile development.
