Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) .Net Core

About the role

BASIL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer with strong .Net Core expertise to join product squads building digital solutions for Singapore government agencies. You will work closely with designers, product owners and quality engineers to deliver secure, scalable services that impact citizens and public‑sector users.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with government agencies to design and iterate high‑quality digital products that address real user needs.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional squads (Full‑Stack Engineers, UX Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners) throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, user‑centred technical solutions and detailed system designs.
• Lead architecture and system design for new features and external integrations, evaluating trade‑offs and producing secure, maintainable designs.
• Work with engineering leads and infrastructure teams to validate designs, resolve cross‑system dependencies and align on architectural decisions.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, guide delivery, resolve challenges and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Write clean, secure, well‑tested code, conduct code reviews and promote best practices.
• Champion modern technologies, tools and Agile practices to improve product quality and delivery efficiency.
• Support operations by monitoring application health, handling production incidents and implementing preventive improvements.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and programming expertise.
• Proven experience in architecture, system design and application integration for scalable, secure solutions.
• Experience leading technical delivery within Agile product teams.
