Senior Software Engineer – Gaming Partner Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a senior software engineer who is passionate about solving complex technical challenges and partnering closely with game developers. The role blends software engineering, technical consulting, and partner engagement to help developers build, optimize, and scale successful gaming experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build productive relationships with gaming developer partners and address technical and business challenges.
• Design and implement effective solutions based on product, technology, and business requirements.
• Develop new products and enhance existing solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, partnerships, and cross‑functional teams.
• Deliver high‑quality project execution, integration support, and partner engagement while influencing product roadmap priorities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Write production‑quality, scalable, reliable, and maintainable code; conduct code reviews and incorporate feedback quickly.
• Present technical concepts and data‑driven insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Mentor peers, foster a collaborative engineering culture, and use analytics to measure impact.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience as a software engineer delivering production‑quality applications.
• Proven ability to develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable software in cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience using data and analytics to drive decisions and measure business impact.
