Senior Solution Architect – Enterprise Software

About the role

Our client seeks a Senior Solution Architect to define, lead, and evolve the architectural strategy for complex, enterprise‑grade software solutions. You will ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability while guiding development teams and influencing technology direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise solution design and implementation.
• Develop architecture blueprints, high‑level designs, and technology‑stack recommendations that balance scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Define and maintain software architecture standards, reusable components, and development guidelines.
• Drive DevSecOps practices and oversee CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead cross‑functional technical teams and manage complex stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software solution design and implementation.
• Experience with large‑scale public sector or mission‑critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability in software performance tuning, scalability, security compliance, and resilience engineering.
• Government domain experience preferred.
• Singaporean citizenship required.
