Senior Solutions Engineer - Partner Enablement

About the role

Cisco is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer (Partner Solutions Engineer) based in Singapore to support and grow strategic relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Managed Services Providers (MSPs) across the Asia-Pacific region. The role helps partners position, architect and deliver solutions that drive customer outcomes and partner-led revenue. Strong experience with GSIs and/or MSPs in a technical, partner-facing role is required.

Key responsibilities

• Enable GSIs and MSPs to position and deliver scalable solutions, including technical enablement plans, workshops, briefings and architecture sessions
• Collaborate with partners on solution architectures, managed services and packaged offerings, and guide solution positioning and differentiation
• Work with partner account managers and sales teams on joint opportunities, value propositions and messaging, aligned to regional market needs
• Support technical discovery, solution design and complex enterprise architectures, and take part in strategic customer engagements
• Accelerate deal cycles through technical validation and alignment
• Partner with sales, alliances, product and services teams, share partner insights and contribute to regional partner strategy

Required profile

• Experience working with GSIs and/or MSPs
• Understanding of partner-led sales motions and services business models
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage stakeholders across partner and internal teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures in ASEAN and India

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience as a Partner Solutions Engineer, Partner Architect or similar
• Experience with security, observability or data platforms, and familiarity with Splunk or similar platforms
• Experience building or supporting managed service offerings and working with regional or global partner ecosystems
