Senior Specialized Sales - APAC

About the role

Alkira, a Lumen company and leader in AI-Native Network Infrastructure-as-a-Service, is growing its Sales team and is looking for a Senior Specialized Sales person based in Singapore. The role adds new enterprise clients to the NIaaS platform and suits a high-energy, dedicated sales professional. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deals from start to close, whether they come from marketing leads, cold calls, partner opportunities or your own contacts.
• Understand the market and prospect challenges, map key decision makers, identify purchase obstacles and explain how the solution fits.
• Pitch the solution through engaging presentations and targeted platform demos to enterprise companies.
• Guide prospects through platform trials with the team so the value is clearly understood.
• Communicate the value of Alkira solutions and position them in the marketplace.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets for the region and close large deals in complex, extended sales cycles.
• Give feedback to optimize strategy and processes, and leverage engineering, product, marketing, finance and executive support to close deals.

Required profile

• Minimum 8+ years of technology sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of experience with a deep understanding of the cloud, networking and security ecosystem.
• Experience selling to C-level executives and managing a sales territory of high-performing sellers.
• BA/BS degree required.

Required skills

• Strong use of Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
