Senior Store Concept Designer

About the role

We are rethinking homes and need a Senior Store Concept Designer to shape the future of living through inspiring retail and showroom environments. You will lead the design process from ideation to construction, ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality execution across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design retail stores and showrooms worldwide, taking concepts through schematic design and early construction documentation.
• Create high‑quality 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials that clearly convey design intent.
• Produce build‑ready architectural drawings, construction details, joinery, and material specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and local Architects of Record to deliver projects from design through construction.
• Provide construction support through site visits, shop‑drawing reviews, RFI responses, and technical issue resolution.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards, local building codes, accessibility requirements, and customer experience goals.
• Develop and maintain design standards, templates, and scalable workflows for efficient global rollouts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in an architectural practice, design consultancy, or in‑house design team, preferably in retail, commercial, showroom or branded environments.
• Strong design sensibility with practical knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials and buildability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
