Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Bybit’s global talent acquisition team. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi and focus on strategic hiring for senior and leadership‑level technical positions across EMEA and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for senior and leadership‑level technical roles across regional and global markets, with a focus on EMEA and Asia.
• Partner closely with C‑suite and senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and deliver top‑tier technical talent.
• Build and manage pipelines for engineering, product, security, and other high‑complexity technical functions within crypto, fintech, and digital‑first industries.
• Drive sourcing strategies through direct sourcing, executive search, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent strategy, interview process, and decision‑making for senior hires.
• Champion a best‑in‑class candidate experience across diverse geographies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in senior/leadership technical hiring.
• Deep industry exposure to crypto, fintech, tech, or other fast‑paced digital sectors.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken & written) for cross‑border stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage and influence global senior stakeholders.
