Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

A global travel retailer, distributor and duty free operator is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its regional team in Singapore. The role acts as a trusted adviser to leaders, helping align candidate aspirations with business strategy while strengthening the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Build sustainable talent pipelines through market research, recruitment campaigns and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies suited to each role and candidate profile.
• Drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, salary proposals, offers and onboarding, with a seamless candidate experience.
• Support talent management, including planning for team members' mobility, succession and progression.
• Take part in regional HR projects, including digitalisation of processes and system integrations for talent acquisition and management.
• Act as subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors and support global and regional HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources.
• At least three years of practical experience in a Talent Acquisition or Talent Management function, preferably in retail, hospitality or FMCG.
• Sound knowledge of labour laws, policies and regulations across multiple countries.
• Service-oriented mindset, can-do attitude, ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
