About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in technology, you will join a high‑performing team at Morgan McKinley, helping clients ranging from start‑ups to top‑tier firms find the best talent. You will act as a trusted career partner for both candidates and clients, driving successful placements across the tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Promote Morgan McKinley, its services and current opportunities to candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure alignment.
• Generate leads, develop a robust pipeline and achieve desk targets.
• Collaborate with team members and share information to support cross‑selling.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets by setting SMART goals.
• Develop specialist propositions and talent pools for tech clients.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives such as blogs, events and media.
• Adhere to company policies and data protection guidelines.
