Senior Technical Executive (Geomatics)

About the role

HDB is hiring a Senior Technical Executive (Geomatics) to support its land information and geospatial capabilities. The role supports land administration, development, asset management and corporate decision-making by integrating and governing land and geospatial information across corporate systems, using modern geospatial, analytics and digital technologies to improve processes and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain land administration and land information processes, including land title and lease matters, land ownership records and other land information needs.
• Assess and reconcile land and geospatial information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity across systems.
• Take part in digitising, integrating, assuring quality and managing land, strata and other geospatial information.
• Help develop and adopt land and strata information systems, including requirements gathering, data integration, workflow design and implementation.
• Apply GIS, geospatial analytics, 3D data, remote sensing and similar technologies to support operations, planning and decisions.
• Explore analytics, automation and AI to improve land information management and workflow efficiency.
• Support multidisciplinary projects and initiatives across HDB and other agencies, including project resource and financial process management.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with knowledge of Geospatial/Geomatics technologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with good professional judgement.
• Experience preferred in organisational and stakeholder engagement.
• Written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Some basic knowledge of project financial and vendor management processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in GIS, geospatial and mapping applications.
• Familiarity with databases and digital technologies.
• Interest in analytics, AI, remote sensing and 3D geospatial technologies.
