Senior Trainer

About the role

The Senior Trainer will design and deliver learning solutions for front‑line staff across all business segments of the bank. This short‑term position (until Q1 2027) focuses on building product knowledge, service skills, and digital competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs through gap analysis in collaboration with line supervisors and business units.
• Develop training materials, e‑learning modules, quizzes and other learning aids.
• Deliver classroom and on‑site training sessions to front‑liners and support branches through visits.
• Conduct product‑knowledge refresher quizzes and ensure content complies with regulatory and internal policies.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and business stakeholders to maintain compliance of training programmes.
• Support financial‑literacy initiatives for local communities.
• Assist business units with digital training development and create digital tools to improve processes.

Required profile

• Recognised bachelor’s degree in business, banking, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of banking or investment experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with the ability to influence.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated training aptitude and effective teaching capabilities.
• Good time‑management skills.
