Senior Trainer

About the role

The Senior Trainer will design, develop and deliver training programmes for front‑line staff across all business segments of CFS, supporting both regional and branch‑level needs. The role combines curriculum creation, classroom delivery, and digital learning initiatives to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs through gap analysis in collaboration with line supervisors and business units.
• Develop training materials, e‑learning modules and PowerPoint presentations for new and existing staff.
• Deliver instructor‑led sessions and provide on‑site training support during branch visits.
• Conduct regular product‑knowledge quizzes and refresher sessions.
• Ensure all training content complies with regulatory and internal policies.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and business stakeholders to maintain compliance standards.
• Support financial‑literacy initiatives for local communities.
• Assist business units with digital training development and improve processes using digital tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, investment or related financial services.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with the ability to influence and engage learners.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated aptitude for training delivery and curriculum design.
