Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure, virtualization, hardware and production environments, including rotational shifts and on‑call support. The role ensures high availability, security, and performance of critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Hyper‑V, VMware/ESXi, Failover Clustering and Active Directory.
• Deploy, configure, upgrade, patch, and remediate security vulnerabilities on servers.
• Support HPE, Dell, Cisco UCS or Nutanix rack and hyper‑converged infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot servers, networks, storage and applications.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Perl and VBScript.
• Participate in BCP/DR, failover testing, ITIL‑based production support and infrastructure projects.
• Perform incident and problem management and collaborate with technical teams on complex issues.
• Provide rotational shift and weekend on‑call support.

Required profile

• 8+ years of Windows infrastructure and server administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and customer‑service skills.
