SEO Manager – Search Engine Optimization

About the role

Fenzo Digital, a full‑service digital marketing agency based in Singapore, is expanding its SEO team internationally. The SEO Manager will own strategy, implementation, performance monitoring and reporting for multiple client accounts across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Implement optimisation for traditional search and AI‑driven discovery platforms, including Answer Engine, Generative Engine and Large Language Model optimisation.
• Conduct technical, on‑page, off‑page and content SEO audits, keyword research, competitor and search‑intent analysis.
• Manage technical SEO elements such as crawling, indexing, site architecture, schema, redirects, Core Web Vitals and page performance.
• Design SEO content strategies, keyword mapping and optimisation recommendations.
• Oversee off‑page activities, link‑building and local SEO initiatives.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and overall SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and present strategies to clients and senior management.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English with confidence presenting to clients and senior leaders.
• Proactive, accountable and comfortable in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required skills

• Technical SEO (crawling, indexing, site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals).
• On‑Page and Off‑Page SEO, including link‑building and local SEO.
• Keyword research, competitor analysis and search‑intent mapping.
• GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify or similar CMS platforms.
