Server – Summer Pavilion

About the role

Join the Summer Pavilion team at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore as a Server. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a polished dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate with fellow team members.
• Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with special requests.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted, moving items, and navigating varied floor surfaces safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication skills.
