About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our team at Changi Airport. In this role you will deliver excellent customer service, ensure a clean dining environment, and support smooth operations between the serving and kitchen areas.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain clean and tidy tables throughout service periods.
- Deliver checks, collect payments, and handle transactions.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with serving and kitchen staff.
