Service Crew – Customer Service & Food Preparation

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our restaurant team. In this role you will greet guests, take orders and help deliver a friendly dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a professional attitude.
• Accurately record food and drink orders using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Prepare and serve menu items following company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock checks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food‑handling regulations.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve efficient service and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stand for long periods.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lb.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
