Service Crew & Dishwasher – Fast‑paced Kitchen Role

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Service Crew member who will also handle dishwashing duties in a busy kitchen environment. The role combines front‑of‑house support with back‑of‑house cleanliness, ensuring smooth service during peak periods.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area and outlet tables.
- Assist with basic food preparation when needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen setting.
- Help customers with the POS system during busy shifts.
- Support the team by stepping in wherever required.
Required profile
- High school or senior high school diploma.
- Less than one year of experience in a kitchen setting (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work under pressure.
- Customer‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in dishwashing and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Basic cooking skills.
- Ability to operate a POS (point‑of‑sale) system.
