Service Crew – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our fast‑paced food and beverage team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
• Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions
• Restock and replenish service items as needed
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Carry out any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
• Service‑oriented and passionate about working in the F&B industry
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• PC literate, well‑organized, and self‑motivated
