About the role

Join the PastaMania North team as a part‑time Service Crew member, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests across our outlets in Singapore. This entry‑level position offers flexible hours and on‑the‑job training in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm smile and courteous body language.
• Take orders and process them accurately using the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system.
• Recommend menu items, upsell where appropriate, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
• Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Escalate any guest complaints to the duty manager for resolution.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School or "O" Level qualification.
• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy periods.
