Service Crew Positions – Up to $14/hr + Double Public Holiday Pay

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join KatsuAn at Suntec City. The role is open to Singaporeans, including housewives and students, with no prior experience required. Training and a fully‑sponsored food safety course will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders, operate the cash register and consolidate daily sales.
• Serve food and beverages, handle reservation calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance and adhere to company SOPs.
• Assist with food and drink preparation, opening and closing duties, and perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
• In the kitchen, prepare dishes according to SOPs, ensure food safety and cleanliness standards, and clean preparation areas and equipment.

Required profile

• Guest‑oriented with a service focus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic command of English for communication.

Required skills

What we offer

• Full‑time: up to SGD 2,600 per month (5‑day work week).
• Part‑time: up to SGD 14 per hour plus double pay on public holidays (effectively SGD 28/hr).
• Fully‑sponsored food safety certification course.
• Meals provided, weekend allowance, attendance allowance, monthly sales incentive and referral reward.
• Overtime paid at 1.5× basic hourly rate.
