Service Engineer – Audio Visual Systems

About the role

Support multiple project sites across Singapore and the region as a Service Engineer specializing in audio‑visual (AV) systems and unified communications (UC). The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills for AV equipment and a solid grasp of UC technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post‑sale maintenance, planning and executing preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Perform remote and onsite diagnostics, troubleshoot and resolve faults in integrated AV and video‑conferencing systems.
• Deliver post‑installation support, including firmware updates, configuration changes and technical assistance.
• Coordinate with end users, product suppliers and vendors to resolve issues within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Prepare accurate, timely service reports after each maintenance or troubleshooting engagement.
• Assist in updating schematics, BOM lists and related documentation discovered during site evaluations.

Required profile

• NITEC or Diploma in AV, Electronics, IT, Electrical or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operation, engineering, installation or maintenance of AV systems.

• AV product platforms: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Polycom, Cisco Telepresence, Logitech, Biamp, QSYS.
• AV & IT technologies: TCP/IP, Networking, Dante, AVB, SDVOE, H.264, H.323, MPEG, EDID, HDCP.
