Service Engineer – Audio‑Visual Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our Singapore team, providing on‑site technical support for audio‑visual installations. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of AV equipment, ensuring client satisfaction through timely resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field service visits to client sites across Singapore.
• Diagnose and resolve faults on audio‑visual systems, including control panels, DSP units and video‑conferencing platforms.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records and report on technical activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand issues and provide clear updates.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AV equipment and control systems.
• Ability to work independently in an on‑site environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Control systems (Crestron, Extron, QSC, Shure, Logitech).
• Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
• Video‑conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Cisco, Yealink, Neat).
