Service Engineer

About the role

APP Systems Services is seeking a Service Engineer to join its specialised service group. You will work with cutting‑edge vacuum and cryogenic technologies, providing on‑site and workshop support for a range of high‑tech equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Service, repair and maintain technical equipment such as cryogenic pumps, RF/DC power supplies, chiller systems and vacuum technologies.
• Perform testing and commissioning of repaired units to ensure full functionality.
• Support installation and troubleshoot issues at both the workshop and customer sites.
• Follow quality repair procedures and document each job with detailed service reports.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in servicing or maintenance of technical equipment (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving customer needs.
