Service Operations Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Service Operations Lead to drive service enablement for MedTech commercialization initiatives in Singapore. The role focuses on optimizing technical service programs and enhancing the customer experience across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service enablement to support commercialization initiatives, including inventory, supply, ordering, import/export, and tool management.
• Own and improve service operations processes, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Plan resource needs for FTEs, parts, loaners, and tools, and manage projects and business programs for technical service operations.
• Develop actionable insights from trend and competitive analyses to continuously improve customer experience strategy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across APAC to drive initiatives and ensure operational readiness.

Required profile

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in service operations, logistics, repair, or supply chain functions.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Data analytics and project/operation management abilities.
• Negotiation and influencing skills with partners across the APAC region.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
