Service Operations Lead (MedTech)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Service Operations Lead in Singapore within its MedTech business, under the Technical Field Service function. The role leads service enablement to support commercialization initiatives and drives Technical Service programs, with a focus on customer experience and service efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive Technical Service programs such as inventory management, supply and ordering, import/export and tool management.
• Lead and drive process optimization and improvements focused on customer experience and service efficiency.
• Own the Service operations processes for the region while adhering to quality and compliance requirements.
• Plan resource needs for FTE, parts, loaners and tools, locally and for the region.
• Manage projects and business programs for Technical Service Operations.
• Analyze trends and the competitive landscape to improve the customer experience strategy.
• Set up mechanisms to handle ambiguous situations and work with partners, internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Plan for current and future operational needs so resources and capabilities are ready.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or its equivalent.
• 4 years of related experience in Service Operations, Logistics Operations, Repair Operations or Supply Chain Operations or similar.
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate with partners across APAC countries.

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Data analytics skills and project or operation management abilities.
• Negotiation and influencing skills with partners across the APAC region.
• Preferred: analytical reasoning, continuous improvement, leadership, customer service and team management.
