Service Technician – Audio Visual (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our audio‑visual distribution team in Bukit Batok. You will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining AV equipment for our clients, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and test audio‑visual systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with AV systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV equipment.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
• Document service and installation activities accurately.
• Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality service.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience servicing and repairing TVs or audio‑visual systems is preferred.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo on‑the‑job training.

• Permanent employment with a basic salary up to SGD 3,000.
