Service Technician

About the role

Join Sterra.sg as a Service Technician and play a key part in delivering healthy, convenient home environments. You will install, maintain, and repair a range of home wellness products, ensuring customers enjoy reliable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional installations of water purifiers, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and massage chairs at customer locations.
• Conduct repairs and routine maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak efficiency.
• Diagnose issues using comprehensive troubleshooting techniques and implement effective solutions.
• Advise customers on optimal placement, plumbing requirements, and setup considerations.
• Handle heavy equipment safely and manage daily installation schedules, including weekend and overtime shifts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in water purifier or dispenser installation.
• Strong background in plumbing and electrical work.
• Residential drilling experience, preferably in granite or concrete.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Willingness to work on weekends, shifts, and overtime.
