About the role
We are looking for a customer‑focused Servicedesk Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The role involves providing first‑level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑level technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond promptly to service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Document incidents and solutions accurately
- Escalate complex problems to relevant teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or servicedesk roles
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Windows OS and common office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Eager to help others and grow your IT career
